What this site is

Buy It Smart publishes free home buying guides and the related posts and videos on our social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Our content is for general information: always check the product page, price and conditions before you buy.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Clicking a link costs you nothing extra and never changes our picks.

Our publishing tool

We use our own internal tool to publish our videos to our own social accounts through the platforms' official APIs (including the TikTok Content Posting API). It only acts on accounts we own, with our explicit authorization, and stores no data about other users.

Intellectual property

Texts and visuals are ours unless stated otherwise (illustration photos: Pixabay or AI-generated; music credited in each video).
